Motel 6 Phoenix, AZ - Sky Harbor

Harvey is a good worker. He hasn't been here very long, but he knows his stuff. He takes his time and takes care of each guest without being intimidated when there's a crowd in the lobby! He's always smiling! Maybe he deserves a raise?

Harvey was very polite and attentive in handling.my situation. April is absolutely the best, she has been ever so gracious and understanding and has great Customer service skills. Would recommend stays here to anyone who needs good service from good people.

It's pretty decent I love the room here it's like a one-bedroom apartment without a stove. However it does have a toaster coffee pot mini fridge and a microwave. Staff here is great I haven't had any issues other than that work on a water leak a lot so the water is turned off a lot of the time and the water temperature doesn't get very hot. I use Priceline to book my room I found that Priceline is the cheapest 95% of the time most of the time I pay about $70 sometimes just under a hundred I paid daily through Priceline the staff work in helping keep my same room even though I booked through Priceline everyday as long as I give them a heads up they are kind enough to help me stay in the same room at least so far I did have to check out for like 2 days I ended up in a different room but they're working with me again as long as I get it paid before 11:00 a.m. I'm good to go also what I love is the fact that I work overnight if my reservation is in on Priceline they don't bother me I just go to the office when I wake up because they know it's paid already when my reservation is in they don't stress me over it

Rooms are large and clean I have really enjoyed my stay. Manager is awesome she really goes above and beyond to help everyone. Staff is attentive to your needs. Whatever you need is only a short walk or drive food groceries whatever you can find it. Really nice pool area always kept clean I will stay again if I'm back in phoenix

I rented at this place quite a few times and I had an amazing experience from the staff here every time I stayed. The rooms are very spacious with a living room and a bed room, and a small kitchen area. No stove or oven BUT enough space for air fryers conventional ovens etc. The showers are hot and the water pressure is jumping.

I booked through Priceline but Priceline dropped the ball and there was no record of my reservation. The manager was extremely helpful. He let me book a new reservation for the same price I paid Priceline. The room was very clean and extremely nice. One of the best motel rooms of my whole trip. I will definitely stay here again.

Harvey at the front desk was amazing. He was incredibly helpful, explained everything in detail, and made sure we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. His attitude was both friendly and professional. Thank you, Harvey, for making our stay even better!

Coralia is awesome. She’s so kind and helpful, and even offered to give us extra towels upon hearing we wanted to swim. Excellent employee.
